Woosh is a developer utility designed to assist legitimate projects in automating token creation, staking, smart selling, and wallet operations. It provides features that streamline token launches and post-launch strategies.

While Woosh is built for legal and ethical use, we do not control how users choose to operate.

We are not responsible for:

  • Rug pulls, scams, or malicious projects launched using Woosh
  • Loss of funds due to misuse, poor tokenomics, or unaudited contracts
  • Any project outcome associated with tools provided by Woosh

The full responsibility lies with the user and project operators. Use Woosh only if you understand what you are doing.

3. User Data & Privacy​

Woosh does not collect or transmit any user data, including but not limited to:

  • Private keys
  • Wallet addresses
  • Transaction history
  • Files or configurations

All data is stored locally on the user's machine. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your private keys, wallets, and sensitive files.

We strongly recommend using secure and air-gapped environments for managing private keys and wallet credentials.

4. No Warranty​

Woosh is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, feature accuracy, or integration behavior across Solana versions or third-party platforms.

Use of Woosh is at your own risk.

5. Intellectual Property​

All original code, logos, and documentation are the property of the Woosh team unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell this software without permission.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of Woosh complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. We do not support or endorse any illegal or unethical use of this tool.

7. Modifications to Terms​

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Woosh after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
